Sure Signal box , New number added , but it does not connect to the sure signal box

Hi , I have a sure signal box serial number : - 40114678184

It is working with my current vodafone phone , which has been registered to the box for a long time....

But I added a 2nd vodafone number to the box today , but it did not work...

 

What would be best to do ? should I remove the sure signal box from my vodafone account and re-register it on my account ?

 

Or do Vodafone new to send the signal to reset the box ?? I cannot rember the exact term , but basically vodafone re-sync the box to there system.
