There is no internet connection on my new sure signal...
I have the last 2 solid lights which indicate 'Your sure signal cant access the vodafone system'
I have already completed the registeration set up and added phone numbers to it.
I am also connecting to my work buildings wi-fi network.
Is there something else I need to do??
Please look at Vodafone-Sure-Signal-troubleshooting.
There is a section named 'Issue not listed' that guides you through running a Traceroute and then post the results back here for the Team to look over.
