@dws199 In order for us to determine if there's a fault with your Sure Signal, or if it's an issue with your ISP (internet service provider), we'll need you to test your device at a different location using a different ISP.

Please keep us updated with the outcome.

Hi

This issue has occured again, please can you help resolve ASAP?

Thanks

David

@dws199 I've resynced your Sure Signal to help resolve your issue.

Please allow 6 hours to pass before your device obtains a connection and starts working again.

If the issue is still present after the resync, please get back to us with your current light sequence on your Sure Signal.

I rely on my suresignal as the only way to use mobile phones. Giving much consideration to changing supplier!

@Martin4x4 You'd need a minimum of 1Mbps for your upload and download speeds.

For further assistance with this you'd need to talk to your Internet Service Provider.

Just checked this with Broadband Speed Checker and get different results.

@Martin4x4 The Sure Signal is inactive, it's not connected to our servers since 2015.

Due to the length of time it's been inactive we're unable reset it. You can buy a new one here.

Another nail in the coffin for vodafone!

You say it's not been used - but as I don't have a signal here why is it my two phones have always worked until you pulled the plug - as for not being able to reset it - this was done for me only last week, so why not this week.

Buy a new one - !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And none of you have so far explained why it's not been working, that is according to you?

I think it's time to change supplier after more than 15 years with vodascrap!
