I've requested your Sure Signal box to be resynced with our network, this can take upto 6 hours to complete. Once completed, please restart your handset in range of your Sure Signal and your issue will be resolved.

Thanks for letting us know your Vodafone Sure Signal's up and running again.

 

We're unaware of what caused this to stop working, although it seems once we resynced it that fixed the problem.

 

Let us know if you have any issues in the future.

This just isn;t good enough. Mine keeps stopping too (twice in one week) for no reason. What is the problem and what are you doing to resolve it?

No. How many times do I have to tell you. The issue isn't covered and I have wasted around 4 hours in total with your 'technical department' trying to find out what keeps going wrong. It just suddenly stops working (having been working perfectly normally), yet all the lights are as they should be. Doing a rest here does no good at all. 

I was having a similar problem. Try changing your phone to 3G instead of 4G. It fixed the problem for me.

Hi. Yes I did that.. made no difference. And it (th sure signal) has just failed again. That's 3 times in 10 days.... what is vodafone doing about it?
