Vodafone barred my Sure Signal. The website said it had a problem restoring the service so I spent at least an hour with online help getting my Sure Signal un-barred, when eventually is was un-barred I reset the device. The red light continued to flash with two orange lights steady.
Before I can proceed further Vodafone have suspended the service again.
Once again the website has a problem, I get the message
Sorry, there seems to be a problem.
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1045
I don't want to spend another hour with online help.
What can I do?
Your a bit stuck as this needs Account Access @bill-lancaster which is only available via customer service on 191 , Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
Unfortunately there isn't access via this forum.
