Vodafone Sure Signal

Sure Signal trying to register again but it won't

So as part of a troubleshooting issue, I thought I had deactivated my sure signal, it is no longer on my account but upon registering it is telling me it is already registered.


Tried factory resetting it.


Any help please?

You may have removed the sure signal from your account but the device still needs to be deregistered. 


If you use live chat or call customer services they will check the device is deregistered.  It is recommended to wait 24 hours before reregistering.

Thanks, sadly live chat can't as this was done from a  business account at work. There number is down due to tech difficulties. Could do with it tonight as I am 24\7 remote PC support and signal is weak but I'll try tomorrow.

@Ryeshe - I hope your Sure Signal’s now de-registered. If it isn't, please ask whoever’s authorised on the Business account to get in touch with us. They can do this by following the steps in this private message.
