Hi,
My SS v1 shows lights 1,2,4 all steady, but no 3G signal for my HTC M8. I've tried to reset the unit, and the issue remains.
I've tried following the troubleshooting guide, but the page is not found (http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Archive/Correct-lights-on-but-not-picking-up-3G-signal/m-p/496041#M82...
Can somebody take a look please? Serial is 21197056340. I moved house a few months ago, and updated my details. It worked for a bit but then stopped.
Ports are all open on the router.

Your best and hopefully quickest resolution to this is to contact 'Live Help' as outlined here....

Thanks Mike, have been asked to reset the suresignal again, and they'll call back tomorrow to see if it's made any improvement. Not holding my breath - they last saw the SureSignal sync last September apparently, but it was working fine in May....

Strange as might seem, my V1 is doing odd things this morning!
Lost the 4th. light for a short time this morning (which is quite normal when system is updating) .... but now the 4th. light is happily flashing away, but my phones are working as normal with a full strength 3G signal........ Odd! :smileysurprised:
As I'm off on holiday in a few hours time, It'll have to wait for a week or so.
