Sure Signal v3 Not Working

Hi, I seem to be another with Sure Signal v3 issues. I have used the template below to hopefully find an answer from someone.

 

I have so far tried power cycling, resetting, unregistering and reregistering with no change in symptoms.

 

The issue you’re experiencing:

The Sure Signal powers on and seems to connect to my phone as I can not make or recieve any calls when the Sure Signal is powered on.

 

What light sequence you're seeing:

After initial Power On

First Light Flashing Red Power Light

Second Light Solid Orange 

Third Light Off

 

then

 

 

First Light Solid Red Power Light

Second Light Flashing White 

Third Light Off

 

then back to

That's perfect @steveray, thanks. I can see your data speeds are fine and your IP address is on our whitelist. The light sequence shows the Sure Signal is struggling to maintain a connection to our network, often, changing your Ethernet cable and restarting both your Sure Signal and router will resolve this. As your Sure Signal hasn't connected for some time, it can also lose it's connection and will need to be resynced, I've done this for you. It can take upto 6 hours to complete, once it has you'll need to restart all connected devices whilst in range.
