Vodafone Sure Signal

Sure Signal v3, Solid Red Light, Slow White flashing internet light.

Hi there, please can you help me, in the last few days we have had no mobile signal, when I checked the sure signal we have a solid red light and the internet light has been white slowly flashing for the last few days, it feels a bit warm to touch.  I have tried resetting it and turning power off and on again along with restarting my broadband router.

@hazelb I’m sorry you’re having problems with your Sure Signal. The light sequence you’re seeing usually means the Sure Signal’s updating.

If it’s been doing this continuously for more than 6 hours (without being unplugged/restarted) let me know the serial number and I'll take a closer look for you

@hazelb I've just performed a resync on your Sure Signal on our side. Please allow six hours to pass before fully restarting your device and any phones connected to it. If you're still not able to achieve a connection after this, 
please take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread - post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread.
