Hi there, I am an IT officer for University of Oxford. I have a user with a VSS device. We are unable to connect to the vodafone network and have been through the online chat and called directly to tech support. We believe that an IP address needs to be registered on the whitelist. I understand you may use geolocation of ip addresses to block non uk addresses. therfore can you please add the devices public ip to your whitelist.
