Sure Signal v3 and BT Hub 6

Hi,

 

I'm trying to connect my Sure Signal V3 to my new BT Hub 6.

 

I'm getting a solid red light and a flashing first white light on the Sue Signal and this has been left to connect for a day or two.

 

On the BT Hub, I can see the device and it's MAC address, and a DHCP IP address, but it says 0 MB have been sent/recieved ?

 

Any ide how to troubleshoot?

@GrantSelect - The light sequence you’re seeing, usually indicates that your Sure Signal is attempting to register across your internet connection.

This shouldn’t really take more than six hours.

If it’s still not working, please let us know the below: 

 

What light sequence you're seeing (if this has changed):

Your speed test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.

 Your Sure Signal serial number:

 The results of a traceroute.


VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
