Hi my sure signal stopped working a couple of weeks ago. It doesn't seem to be connecting to the internet. I have spoke to someone on vodafone chat and was advised to to reset / reboot the sure signal, plugging stuff in in the correct order etc. I have tried some port forwarding and still no joy.

Can anyone please help

This is a sure signal V2.

Hi @Halfy

It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. They are available on eBay for around £10.From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."

@Halfy This has now been added 🙂

Please reset your Sure Signal and let us know how you get on.

If you're still experiencing issues, please let us know the full light sequence you're seeing on the device.

Thanks all working now.
