The setup is done through your VF account pages, so if you can get into them from a Mac then I would say it should work too.

Hi Andy.

I have just upgraded my phone with yourselves and my sure signal isnt picking up my new phone.

Is there someway you could resync my sure signal, as this seems to work for people in the forum.

Many thanks.

Here is my serial number if this may help 21229351750

Hi benmason75,

I’ve just resynced your Sure Signal for you.

So that the resync completes, can you do a factory reset for me:-

  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights display, release the reset button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in about an hour

Let me know how you go on.

Cheers,

Andrew

Seems to be working fine now thanks

Hi geordiegirl1

That's great thanks for letting us know :).

I did what one of the posters suggested and kept the GPS on, and that gave me my signal back

Hi gerardgarry,

If you let me know your serial number I can see if it’s registered or deregistered.
