Sure signal 3 - lights OK but no signal/connection to devices

In the last few days my 4 month old Sure signal 3 has not been outputting any 3g signal to any of the registered phones. Up until the weekend we have had no problems with this partuicular unit since it was registered.

 

Please can one of the Vodafone mods look into this please

Have tried the following:

  • unplugged and left for 24 hours before plugging back in - no change
  • reset (reset button depressed for 5 seconds) - no change

 

What light sequence you're seeing: Three solid lights on Sure Signal. 4th light never comes on.

I've performed a resynced you Sure Signal. Please allow six hours for this to complete, then restart your registered handsets whilst in range of the Sure Signal.
