I’ve updated my sky broadband router and now my sure signal doesn’t work.
The lights are all on and I’ve even reset it but I still don’t get a signal on my phone.
Is there anything else I can try or is it going in the bin ?
Hey @lozuk1972 If you had no problems with your Sure Signal connecting to your previous router, it sounds like this problem could be connected to your current router, rather the the Sure Signal. We'll be happy to help get this sorted for you. If you could confirm which lights on the Sure Signal are lit and if they are solid or flashing, this will help us identify what the issue is and offer more help on getting this connected 😁
