BT pass me to vodafone. Vodafone pass me to BT.

Can someone tell me what settings I need to add into the router to get the SS to work. Its active, it just isnt connecting through the firewall.

There are some existing threads similar to your situation @Adie_efc

One I’ve come across is > Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Home-Hub-5-with-a-Sure-Signal-3.

@Adie_efc For further assistance when setting up your port forwarding after viewing our guide, please speak with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

BTHub5 SS Config.jpgI have a bt hub 5 and the following worked for me. Set up a new port forwarding as in screenshot above.

I was having trouble getting my Sure Signal to work with my BT Smart Hub. I solved my problem by de-registering the SS, waiting a few hours and registering it again. I then left it overnight and it was working fine in the morning.

The Smart Hub was left on its default settings, no port forwarding needed.
