Vodafone Sure Signal

Sure signal lost license

Good afternoon, I’ve just purchased a replacement sure signal device from ebay, but when I tried to register it, I was told that as it had not been used for more than 6 months by the previous owner, it had lost its license and is therefore useless.  Could you possibly verify whether that is the case?   Thank you very much.

Hi @Corinneg

You need to refer to the T & C's here:  Sure Signal Terms and Conditions

If you scroll down to your use of the Sure Signal this will be explained.

@Corinneg

Usually the original owner would need to contact Vodafone to ask for the bar to be removed.

However , You could try via Live Chat  or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

I wish you all the best with this situation.
