Vodafone Sure Signal

Sure signal no lights

Yet another sure signal with no lights even though power is running through it. Have tried in different house with different modem with no joy. Thus is my second one with same problem

Typically if there are no light on a Sure Signal v3 then its dead @bizziliz2244

From 1 July 19 the terms and conditions for Sure Signal will changed. For any customer buying a Sure Signal from this date onwards, the warranty on the device and the guarantee of service has moved from two years to one year.

From 30 April 2020 Vodafone have also discontinued the Sure Signal and only will replace units under warranty.

The reason is Vodafone state the SS is old tech and are now leaning more towards Calling Over Wi-Fi.
