Sure signal no power

I live in an area with no signal, 2 days ago my sure signal stopped working.
I tweeted the vodafone help team, they just told me to try another power lead... (Because I just happen to have loads of those lying around)
My point is.. I have 3 lines with vodafone... I'm a loyal customer and have been for 8 years. Surely you can send me a new sure signal, as with no signal, what's the point in me continuing to be a vodafone customer.. ...??

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

 I can't  do a vss traceroute as i have no pc. 

 

I'm not sure what the point of the above is as there is no power to my sure signal  as it no longer works.

You can run the traceroute on a tablet, or iPad. 

 

Your IP address and download speeds are fine. 

 

As there's no power, we'd suggest trying another power cable. This rules out an issue with the cable.

 

We can repair the Sure Signal if you've had it less than two years..

Are you able to check the history on my account as to when I purchased the sure signal, I'm  not entirely sure when I  got it?
