I have an issue with my sure signal.
The issue you’re experiencing:
New suresignal v3 won’t connect after 2 days.
What light sequence you're seeing:
Red flashing, network orange, phone orange. Which according to the manual is a registration issue.

- Change the ethernet cable: YES
- Change location/plug in the house: YES

I'm sorry to hear the support offered by our Live Chat team didn't resolve your issue @jcleb. I can see from your speed test you only have an upload speed of 1.04Mps, this is very close to the minimum needed (1mbps) to connect and will explain why you're struggling to do this. Please speak to your Broadband supplier to see if they can increase this. If you're still having difficulty after this time, we'll be happy to take another look for you.
