Good afternoon,
What is it about Sure Signal that makes it so darn unreliable?
On my 3rd v3 (they keep blowing up), set up with all five family phones about a month ago, except one never worked. Contacted support, they said they fixed the issue of one of our phones not connecting, now zero of the five phones connect to the box.
I've done a full reset - no change.
On the troubleshooting the issue is not listed.
Light 3 (the orange one that looks like a phone) is solid on, red power light flashing.
