Vodafone Sure Signal

Sure signal not working for only one member of my family. Three others are fine

Sure Signal is working fine for myself, my wife, and my eldest daughter, but not at all for my other daughter (Pippa), all of whom are registered on the sure signal server in the same way.

Let me know if you need any test results from the unit, but as I say, its working fine for the rest of us (no error lights, and 5 bars of signal strength), so I assume its a server configuration issue. (I have reset the sure signal several times since I noticed the problem.

 

If it is relevant, Pippa has recently changed mobile handsets, but has kept the original SIM and number.

@pmesley It could be related to the change on Pippa's number. 

I can see you've mentioned resetting the Sure Signal, but have you tried removing and adding the number back onto the device? 

Give this a go if you haven't and let us know how you get on 🙂

Yes, I tried this before resetting the box. It made no difference.

That is a strange one @pmesley 🤔

The only other idea I can think to advise would be to reset the phone when it's in range of the Sure Signal and see if that helps to reconnect it to the device.
