4: Newbie

Can you reset my SS your end?

I have done a reset on the SS machine - and it seems to work  (all lights as expected) but then after a while (when i get a call?  Not sure) i then get a RED flashing 1st light, no 2nd light, a solid orange 3rd and 4th light.

it has been working fine for months / years!

The light sequence you've described @northy13 indicates your Sure Signal is struggling to maintain a connection.

Please try using a different Ethernet cable, as this will help establish a stable connection.

i have swapped the ethernet cable and its the same!

The SS is plugged via cable into a TP link Powerline...its been fine for years like this (as my router is the other side of the house to where i need the SS to boost)

And i have swapped the powerline adapter for another one - still the same

Any further ideas?

@northy13 You'll need to contact your Internet Service Provider and advise that you're trying to set up a VPN tunnel and that the IPsec is being blocked on an internal firewalled server within their network. I appreicate this may sound like jargon but they'll fully understand this! If you need any further help, please let us know.
