when will the "my sure signal " link on the website be restored so we can manage users again?

@phw777

I’ve re-synchronised the Sure Signal for you today. This can take up to 24 hours to fully process

Once the 24 hours has passed, please complete this by doing a factory reset:

  1. Connect device to Internet and power supply
  2. Press and hold down reset button – located near the Internet port
  3. Wait for 20 seconds
  4. Release the reset button
  5. All the LEDs will temporarily switch off for about 10 seconds. The power LED will then light up and remain constant whilst white Internet LED flashes continuously.

To manage your Sure Signal, please follow the below steps;

  1. Sign in to My Vodafone.
  2. Choose the relevant phone
  3. Choose Manage Services
  4.  Choose Sure Signal - its at the bottom of the list.

Hi @Tash012

Please see the link below.

Support - Sure Signal

If you need to remove the number, it is recommended not to reregister for 24 hours.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for your posts here.

I can see that some of our users Sure Signals on this thread are now working which is great news.

@ andylights, I can see that your Sure Signal has now updated on the server, can you confirm if you are still seeing the same issue where all lights are lit except the phone light?

@deanr1968, this has been re-synced for you now, please can you also perform a reset and let me know how you get on.

Hold down the reset button until all the lights show (about 30 seconds)

Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.

Once all lights display release the reset button.

The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.

James

Thanks James

Hard reset performed, phones rebooted and all seems okay now.

Hi James,

On Sunday when I made a call , the 3rd light (phone) flashed at the start and end of the call, during the call it was off.
I've just checked again and this time it remained off for the duration. It's the same when receiving a call.

1st, 2nd and 4th light stay on and have been since the last re-set a few days ago.

It would be good to get this resolved as my mobile phone call quality is not great!

Thanks,

Andy
