Sure signal won't connect to new 4G SIM card / 5s phone

I have recently upgraded from iPhone 4s to 5s on a 4G tariff not my sure signal won't connect to my new SIM card. I deregistered SS then registered it again but it still hasn't worked. Thank you

SS is 40120147208 tks some posts on this forum mention you need to re sync something? Tks

Please remove your number from the Sure Signal and then readd it after 6 hours.
