We got a sure signal for our office a few months back as the Vodafone signal is often poor.
It is connected directly to the Virgin router and I have opened up the required ports as per the guide.
The sure signal has only ever had a flashing red power light and a solid illuminated amber cellular and phone light.
Alternative network cables have been tested to ensure it wasnt just a faulty cable.
Initially we were told that the issue resided with the sure signal so this is the 2nd one we have had in the last month. Both have done exactly the same thing which leads me to believe that its a configuration issue somewhere rather than an issue with the hardware.
The sure signal is obtaining a local IP by DHCP.
