Sure signal went off couple of weeks ago, 4 phone calls and 2 online chats later we ended up getting another box, now that one not working either! Driving me insane!
What version of Sure Signal do you own @chebby3 and is it displaying any lights ?
Is your Broadband Speed fast enough ?

There's an 'Issue Not Listed' option that shows you how to run a TraceRoute and post the results back here for the Vodafone Social Media Teams to look at.
Also SureSignal-Problem-Something-worth-a-try from another member.
If not then unfortunately you'll need to again contact customer services.
They can resync the Sure Signal or it may need replacing.
