Did you manage to get your Sure Signal up and running @Freemjos640? From the lights you've described, it sounds like it's having issues connecting to your router. Here's a few steps you can try:
1. Reboot the router
2. Try a different internet cable
3. Try a different port on the router
4. Set a Static IP address for the VSS on the router. You'll need to contact your internet service provider, if you're unsure how to do this.
