Daverafferty,

I think we have identified the issue. This is the Vodafone UK community. We are only able to help Vodafone Uk customers.

You should have more luck posting your query on the Vodafone IE community

Hi richardyeardley,

I’ve sent this off to the team to see if we can get it white listed.

I can’t promise that we’ll definitely be able to do it though.

We’ll post back when we get an update.

Thanks,

Simon

Hi rd271,

Your Sure Signal hasn’t made connection with the network since 24 September.

On you’re the traceroute you’ve posted above, it’s not reaching our servers.

Please test your Sure Signal using a different internet connection, to rule out a faulty Sure Signal.

Thanks,

Gemma

Sure Signal serial number 42142818642
Never have we been able to get an old or new Sure Signal to work and I suspect the problem might be outside our network
Thank you.

Hello

Can I get a whitelist entry for 130.117.121.146 ( if it is needed )

The Sure Signal no. is 42142818642

We have had no success with either an old model Sure Signal or this new model Sure Signal so I suspect the problem may be outside our network

Thank you

Hi Richard,

I've moved all of your requests to the same thread, so not to duplicate workload and answers.

The forum team take around 24-48 hours to get to new questions, and will be in touch if still needing help in that time.

Until they get here, the community may be able to help with some thoughts and suggestions on what could be going wrong.

A good starting point is

Who is your ISP, and what router are you using?

Some network configs need tweaking to allow the secure tunnel to be setup that carries the calls.
