I think we have identified the issue. This is the Vodafone UK community. We are only able to help Vodafone Uk customers. 

You should have more luck posting your query on the Vodafone IE community

That IP address isn't registered in the UK, so we're unable to add it to the whitelist.

 

If you can supply a UK based one, we'll be able to help.

As shown on previous messages the ip range we have was allocated before the RIPE database was setup and since address ranges cannot appear in two places there are a significant number of ip's that can never satisfy a quick check even though they are genuinely in the UK. Can I have this problem escalated PLEASE

The VSS still doesn't function and I am unable to tracert to 212.183.133.177 ( which I assume must happen for the VSS to work ).

Please are you able to check the whitelisting entry for 130 .117.121.146 ( the entry of 130.117.121.128 is unusable since it is the starting address of our network range ).

We have had an original model VSS with a flashing light for almost 4 years now and no service.

Wintry weather will be coming and it isn't pleasant standing outside the office to get a Vodafone signal.

We're unable to whitelist 130.117.121.146 as it's not a UK based IP address. 

 

You'd need to speak to your internet service provider for help with this.

Our Sure Signal is on 130.117.121.146
Our address range starts at 130.117.121.128 and has a mask of 255.255.255.128
Could you please most nicely check if the address range is whitelisted. If not possible then could you whitelist 130.117.121.146
