@MarkRoper If your Sure Signal isn't lighting up at all, it sounds like there is a problem with the power supply. If your Sure Sginal has an exteranl power pack, please try a different pack. If your device is a version that plugs directly into the mains, it sounds like this will need reapring or replacing.

If it's still under warranty, return it to your local Vodafone store and we'll be able to arrange for this to be repaired.

If it's out of warranty, it may be more cost effective to purchase a replcement. Before you do this, please check if your phones are compatible with our WiFi calling service. This is a free service that can be added to your current services and will eliminate the need for a Sure Signal.

I guess it's dead then, it's a plug-in version, tried it in other sockets, no joy. The strang thing is, we have 2 of them, and they're both dead. I was giving the details of this one in the hope it would answer the problem with both, seems odd that both would die at the same time. Anyway, they're several years old, so definately not under warranty. I guess I'll have to buy some new ones, which I can from my telecomms supplier (we're a business customer for which, I'm told, Wi-Fi calling isn't available).

Thanks

@MarkRoper I've checked your (Vodafone Sure Signal) VSS device and can see that there hasn't been a connection made since June 2017.

If there's been no traffic on the VSS for 3 months, the the VSS will be suspended.

You can contact our Live Chat team and they can remove this for you

Please let us know how you get on :Smiling:

Oops, wrong serial no. (like I said, we've got 2), the one I should've quoted is 40134647029.

(we have 2 SureSignals because we have 2 buildings too far apart for one device to service both)

Anyway, they're both equally dead, so just bought 2 more, will see how they get on.
