Hi, my V3 SureSignal stopped working in the middle of a call yesterday. I have the power light and the second light is orange. I've tried restarting it;leaving it switched off for a while and changing the port into which it is plugged in the router.
Every so often, it tries to restart. I get all of the lights, and then it returns to the red and orange...
I'd appreciate your suggestions.
Contacted Vodafone through chat this morning and they reset my sure signal said it would take to 6 hours to reboot but seems like a common problem yesterday
Thanks - mine has come back now - after 30 hours off-line. Guess it's something at Vodafone.
