SureSignal v3 suddenly stopped working

Sure signal v3 stopped working this morning.  Was fine last night.

I'm on VM with SuperHub v2.

 

Tried all usual trobleshooting and been on phone over an hour to support and highest level tech support, who suggested I try it on another internet connection before sending it in for repair.

 

Can I check though - my traceroute to the Vodafone IP suggested on these forums seems problematic and/or I wondered if my IP has been blackisted (I get the flashing red light and far right 2 symbols on solid orange which means there's a problem with the SureSignal connecting to Voda's back end systems).

This traceroute got to 85.205.0.86 which is Vodafone DE (Germany).

- Is there a network issue between VF Germany and VF UK?

- Has my IP (86.18.215.128) been blacklisted or it isn't whitelisted (for some reason)?

 

As I said this was all working 100% perfect until late last night.
