Suresignal V2 Stopped Working

Hi

Like many others it seems, my SureSignal has stopped working in the last few weeks. I am on Gigaclear with a static IP of 46.227.151.106

I have tried resetting and changing the ethernet cable, but invariably I end up with only the power light showing on the SureSignal. I can see on the router that it is getting assigned an IP by DHCP. Serial number 40113830406. I also tried de-registering and re-registering using my wife's account rather than mine, no difference. On the account the SureSignal shows as registered with users added.

Ping results:

PING 212.183.133.177

@OscarPops It looks like the numbers haven't connected correctly to your device.

So we're able to make sure these numbers are added correctly, please message us on Live Chat

Thanks for the response, turned out the power supply had gone bad - swopping that out has brought it back
