Suresignal V3 Problem

Haven't used my Suresignal for months, never got it working last time so I gave up. Having another try. Suresignal is registered, after previously being Suspended due to lack of use, but cant access the Vodafone system.

Customer Services on 191 may need to re sync your SS due to the inactivity @AS-IT

@AS-IT After checking our system, we can see that the Vodafone Sure Signal hasn't been used since February 2017 and is showing as inactive.
