Issue seems to be that the SS can't access the Vodafone system. It is showing as registered properly on MyVodafone.

The light sequence advised @Roidesbosses indicates your Sure Signal is struggling to maintain a connection with our network. This is usually caused by a faulty Ethernet cable and can be resolved by replacing this. If you're still experiencing difficulty connecting after doing this, don't hesitate to get back in touch and we'll be happy to take another look.

If you've checked or replaced your Ethernet cable and you're still unable to connect @Roidesbosses, please disconnect your Sure Signal from your router, restart your router and once a connection’s been made reconnect your Sure Signal. Once the lights settle down and your power light is Red followed by 3 white lights, it’ll be ready to use.  If you're still unable to connect, please restart your phones whilst in range.
