Suresignal bought and owned by me since new, now deactivated by Vodafone.

As in title. My wife and I were Vodafone customers for well over 15 years, but left last year after both of us were badly lied to by the retentions team (long story). We had used our Suresignal up until we left in January of this year, nine months ago. We moved to Talkmobile, but signal has dropped dramatically over past few months, so had planned to return to Vodafone. Had a 'Live Chat' with Vodafone reagrding my Suresignal and was reassured that I could re-register it and all would be fine. So I bought a Vodafone PAYG sim just to make sure before we took out contracts. PAYG was registered and I re-registered the Suresignal on Thursday morning and all worked well until I recieved an email from Vodafone that afternoon stating my Suresignal was being deactivated. Sure enough it was, and I am now not able to reactivate it. 'Live Chat' basically said that if I wanted to return to Vodafone I would need to buy a new Suresignal - no chance of that. He said that my Suresignal was deactivated, despite in perfect working order, as I had not used if for over 9 months. Please could someone help.

Apologies for the delay in reaching your post @wellfan.

I can see we've since responded to your latest email yesterday - should you need any further assistance, please respond to our email and we'll be happy to help.

Still having issues. Have had loads of positive help via email, but the issue seems to be beyond the wit of anyone employed by Vodafone. Real pity, the issue is quite clearly linked to porting my numbers from Talkmobile back to Vodafone. Normal porting is normal porting, but as Talkmobile have just transferred me over to Vodafone, there is a technical problem!!!!

@wellfan I'm sorry to hear you're still having problems with this.

If your issue needs to be escalated to our Technical Specialists, we'll be happy to do this.

Please reply back to the last email we sent you and we'll pick this up again 😊

I replied two days ago, and heard nothing since. There is definitely an issue with Vodafone and the Suresignal box. It boosts all numbers except the two we ported from Talkmobile, the same problem we always had, even with the new V3 box we have had for a few days.

Very disapointed that I still have not received a reply. I now have a brand new V3 Suresignal box that is as much use as a chocolate fire guard!

@wellfan Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I'm unable to find an email from 2 November from you. The last email we have was a callback arrangement - did you speak with our team at the requested time?

If you want to send us your email from 2 November again, please follow the link we sent you originally via private message and we'll get back to you.

I have just resent the email that I first sent on 2nd. It shows as sent, so who knows where it went!

The issue is clearly related to porting both of our numbers from Talkmobile to Vodafone, and having both numbers linked to one Vodafone account. I can only add one of our account numbers, but any number of other numbers. I have now tried three differnet Suresignal boxes, and all are the same. Surely someone at Vodafone has the wit to resolve this.

Another pointless email communication advising me to do a reset. ##~##. I have reset the thing so many times the reset button is in danger of disintegrating. I wish someone with some sense would contact me!!
