Suresignal not working with BT Smart Hub / Infinity

Hello

Would really appreciate some help on this.  My Suresignal is not working - and I'm pretty sure that it is since I upgraded to Infinity broadband.  Any advice welcomed.

Here is the information requested:

The issue I’m experiencing:  None of the registered mobile phones connect – I’m only getting one or two bars when just a couple of feet from the Suresignal.  The Suresignal is quite warm - not sure if this is normal.

The light sequence I’m seeing:  First light is solid red, the second and third are solid white.  Fourth light never seems to light.

Speed test results:  Ping 16ms, Download 45.21 Mb/s, Upload 9.41 Mb/s

@GatewayGeek Thanks for giving us these details.

I've taken a look into this for you and would advise completing the following steps: 

- Unplug the Sure Signal for 20 minutes.

- Plug the device back in.

- Wait until the Sure Signal has reloaded and then complete a reset of all the phones you'd like to connect to the device.
