Suresignal problems

Please can someone help.

returned from holiday to find no lights on suresignal 2. 

changed power supply, I now have the red power light and the phone light.

ive tried resetting but lights don't go off.

Hi Sjgriff,

Yep, that's enough information to tell me that your power supply is underated for the Sure Signal to to even attempt to run.

 

The minimum rating you require is 12 Volt @ 1.5 Amps.

 

If you require the correct unit, they can be obtained from Amazon or Ebay and cost around £10-12 inc. delivery. Some units are rated at 12Volt @ 2 Amps, They are also perfectly satisfactory.

It sounds like you're on the right track, but what is the rating of the replacement power supply?

It says on the plug input 100-240v 56/60 Hz

outout 7.5v

 

? Sorry to be a bit thick but is this what you mean?!
