Can anyone help please?
Been connected to FTTP fibre which is amazing but my Suresignal V3 no longer works, tried reseting etc and contacting Vodafone Support who say it is an issue with my ISP, my ISP say vodafone need to whitelist the IP address!

All the required ports are open / forwarded in the firewall, but the Suresignal doesnt send any traffic out and isnt connecting its VPN. Connecting the Suresignal to a DSL service works at another location.
Thanks for sending those details over to us @JimWeir - as your IP address isn't currently whitelisted, I've requested your range to be added. Once I hear back from the dedicated team, I'll update you on the thread here.

Yes the IP address was whitelisted by our ISP contacting your Network Support people and the Suresignal is working
