The issue you’re experiencing: Sure Signal v3 not working - I have tried factory reset but still no good.

 

What light sequence you're seeing: Light 1 solid red, lights 4 & 5 flashing orange

@grayp -  The IP address you’ve attached above (209.93.11.247), isn’t showing on our whitelist.

I’ve requested this to be added. Please allow upto 48 hours for it to update.

I've now processed a resync of your Sure Signal to help with this. Please allow six hours to pass before resetting the device.

If you continue to have issues after completing this, please let us know.

Unfortunately the problem is still unresolved - I've reset it twice tonight but the lights and fault are still unchanged.

What should I do now please? It's a rather URGENT problem!
