Was this to replace a faulty SS which was under warranty @Fraud-query 

From 1 July 19 the terms and conditions for Sure Signal changed. For any customer buying a Sure Signal from this date onwards, the warranty on the device and the guarantee of service has moved from two years to one year.

Sure Signal will no longer be available for purchase from 30 April 2020 but Vodafone will replace a SS that is still under warranty.

Vodafone are now moving to Calling Over WiFi as the Sure Signal is considered as old technology.

You stated that Vodafone does replace Sure Signal boxes in cases where old signal boxes are deficient, and so this means that Vodafone does in fact have a stock of Sure Signal boxes otherwise it would not be able to replace the faulty items - correct?

As far as i'm aware as a fellow customer like you they have some Sure Signals available to be able to deal with under warranty claims.

However they are not selling new Sure Signals to people now.

On the Vodafone selling page it states they no longer sell them.

The Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can officially clarify.
