I have four numbers registered to my Sure Signal v3, one owner and three users. All was fine until yesterday as currently, only one number is showing a signal, the others are showing No Service. I have rebooted the Sure Signal unit twice, have deregistered and re-registered (yesterday), have turned the phones off and on and even reset them. No difference. HELP!!
What model of SS are you using ?
I ask because sometimes replacing the power cord on a v1 and v2 can help.
Also sometimes turning Off 4G in the phones settings to force 3g can help.
Current Phone > Samsung Note 10+ 5G _256Gb > Model: SM-N976B.

If one of the numbers is the registered owner, you will need to temporarily change ownership to the remaining number.
