our IP Block is 126.96.36.199/22
the devices work when the customer is assigned an address of out upstream carrier, HighNet.

I think you have slightly misunderstood the question
I do not have a sure signal, I run an ISP and our IP address are being blocked by Vodafone
All I need is for you to add our IP block of 188.8.131.52/22!to the white list so that my customers can use their sure signals
