V3 Sure Signal not working- dangerous?

Our Sure Signal, one of the white plug in V3 type has stopped working and was very hot when I checked it. A quick search and sounds as if these can be dangerous and a fire risk. If this is the case surely there should be an urgent recall?


Are vodafone replacing defective units?
