VS3 Not working no power

My VS3, is displaying no lights, despite the socket having been tested with another device

Unplug the SS from the power source please. 

Then contact customer service on 191 or Live Chat and explain what's happened. 

The SS has a 24 month manufacturing warranty but even if it's expired they'll still deal with an issue with a SS v3.
