Lights 1, 2 and 3 are solid, but one registered phone isn't connecting to it

@claudine83 Your light sequence is showing that the Sure Signal is ready to be used but has no devices currently connected to it. 

Please try the following: 
1. Unplug the VSS for 20 minutes
2. Plug the VSS back in
3. Wait until the VSS has reloaded and then hard reset all of the phone while in range of the VSS

If it's still not working after this time, please remove the number from your device and add this back on.

I’ve followed the steps. One phone is connecting however my account device still isn’t. Please can you look at this again. It’s frustating that I can’t use my phone and Wi-fi calling is super flaky
