VSS 3 with BT Hub 2 , not connecting

Hello,

 

My VSS3 serial number is 42151569003 

i get the connecting light blinking for 10 mins and then i get VSS cant access the vodafone system (2 last lights in orange)

 

I have already open the ports 8, 50, 123, 500, 4500 and 1723. for TCP and UDP. created the app and assigned the IP address of the VSS3 to the application in my BT Hub 2 modem.

I have also unclamped the port in my VPN settings.

I have also added it to my DMZ.

i have read every line of every forum and still not working. I am now resorting to this forum.

 

 

Please let me know whats next.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
