I'd suggest to speak with customer services or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they have account access so should be able to help @tariqmc

I had this error and you will need to phone Vodafone as this means your license may have been cancelled. When you do get a positive response, and they register it for you (they did for me) if it does not work, try this:

Hold down the Re-set button for about 15 seconds

Keep holding and switch off power

Keep holding and switch power on

Keep holding until all three lights are steady

Release Re-set button. It could take an hour or more for the Sure Signal to connect to Hub. But it did work!
