I have been sent a replacement Sure signal under warranty. But When I try to register it I get an error "
Sorry, there seems to be a problem.
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later. - [Error ref 1w0]
This is now the 3rd day.
There is no account access via this forum unfortunately.

Samsung One Ui 2.5 / Android 10.
I had this error and you will need to phone Vodafone as this means your license may have been cancelled. When you do get a positive response, and they register it for you (they did for me) if it does not work, try this:
Hold down the Re-set button for about 15 seconds
Keep holding and switch off power
Keep holding and switch power on
Keep holding until all three lights are steady
Release Re-set button. It could take an hour or more for the Sure Signal to connect to Hub. But it did work!
