It sounds like your Sure Signal isn't connecting to your router. Please try the steps below and let me know if you need any help afterwards:

- Reboot the router

- Try a different internet cable 

- Try a different port on the router

- Set up a Static IP address for the VSS on the router (you'd need to speak with your Internet Service Provider for further assistance on how to do this)
